Commission Consultation

Thank you for your interest in custom stoneware coffee mugs! Here you can find all the information you need to commission unique pieces tailored just for you or your business. Wholesale orders are welcome.

What I Offer

• Stoneware coffee mugs with a maximum single item size of 7-1/2" x 7-1/2" x 9"
• Small stoneware plates that serve as complements
• Incorporating creative use of burlap coffee bags
• Clay available: Speckled Brownstone from Highwater Clay
• Glaze colors available: light blue, white and clear. Other colors may be available upon request.

How It Works

• Contact me: Start by booking a free 30-minute commission consultation using the BOOK NOW button above.
• Consultation: We will discuss your vision, size, and specific details including: what shape, how many, handles or handless, and with a logo or without a logo? All items will be mailed unless an in-person pick-up location is agreed upon. I will provide a price quote and estimated completion date. 
• Deposit: 50% of the quoted price. An invoice is sent immediately following the consultation and work beings after payment. Failing to pay the deposit will result in delays to the estimated completion date.
• Creation: I'll provide updates to ensure it meets your expectations.
• Completion: Once the piece(s) are finished, the remaining balance is due. Then, I'll deliver in the agreed method. 

Pricing

• All custom orders start at a minimum of $35. Yes, I'll make 1 mug!
• For sets, prices are for sets of 4, 6 or 8 of the same item.
• For sets larger than 8 and wholesale orders, items are priced per piece.

Terms & Conditions

• Payments can be made through Shopify or Venmo (@frothandglaze).
• Before the deposit has been made, revisions can be made. After the deposit is paid, I start the work therefore I can't accept any revisions.
